Mrs. Charlestine S. Sandifer passed away at the age of 73 on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at LSU HSC Bogalusa Medical Center in Bogalusa.

Charlestine was a wonderful cook, loving mother, good friend and she knew and loved everybody.

She leaves to cherish her memories one son, David L. Sandifer of Bogalusa, LA; one daughter, LueElla Sandifer of Baton Rouge, LA; one sister, Ida Mae Charles of Raceland, LA; three grandchildren, Shalarriya Z. Sandifer of Raceland, LA, Dalarrius T. Sandifer and Leonarrian S. Toussaint both of Baton Rouge, LA; a best friend, Carolyn Nathaniel of Bogalusa, LA and a special friend, Carolyn Net Johnson of Mandeville, LA.

Visitation will be held Friday, April 20, 2012 from 2:00 – 6:00 P.M. followed by a family hour from 6:00 – 7:00 P.M. at Crain & Sons Funeral Home in Bogalusa.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, April 21, 2012 at 11:30 A.M. at New Hope Baptist Church Hwy 43 Columbia, Miss.

Internment will be held at New Hope Cemetery in Columbia, Miss.
